His professional career includes stints with Unilever, Deloitte and the United Nations where he offers strategic advice on workforce planning and organizational alignment.

Baah Aye Kusi, PhD, MPhil, ACCE, Fellow GAFM

Dr. Kusi is a professional researcher and consultant with depth in finance, banking, insurance, sustainability, governance and economics. He has consulted on several international projects at the University of Ghana Business School, World Bank, African Research Economic Consortium, Oxford Policy Management (United Kingdom Department for International Development - UK-DFID), GIZ, Ghana Port and Harbour Authorities, Bank of Ghana, Development Bank of Ghana, Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, ISSER, National Insurance Commission, Lyme Haus and Bulk Oil Storage and Transport.
He is also a senior lecturer at University of Ghana Business School, Ghana and has over 13 years of experience in teaching and researching at the University of Ghana, University of Education, Central University, Ghana Institute of Journalism, University of Ghana, Valley View University, Almond Institute (now Accra Business School), and Blue Crest University College.
He is also a Chartered Financial Economist of the Association of Certified Chartered Economists (ACCE) and a fellow member of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM).
Dr. Kusi also serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for a number of international and top-rated journals.
